We are very excited to announce the program of the 5th Zurich Conference in Public Finance in Developing Countries, to be held online on December 14-15, 2020.
Keynote speaker on Monday is Rachel Glennerster, on “The Implications of Covid-19 for Public Finances and Social Programmes”.
Rachel Glennerster is the Chief Economist of the UK Department for International Development. She was the Executive Director of the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) until 2017 and the lead academic for Sierra Leone at the International Growth Centre. She helped establish the Deworm the World Initiative, a program that targets increased access to education and improved health from the elimination of intestinal worms for at-risk children.
Attendance at the conference is open to everyone and free of charge. To attend, please register below and you will receive an email with the access details. Speakers and discussants do not need to register below and will receive a separate registration request by email.
